【摘要】目的：探討上中下通用痛風方對急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎濕熱瘀阻型的療效。方法：80例急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者，隨機分為兩組，治療組40例采用上中下通用痛風方配合西藥治療，對照組40例采用單純西藥治療。結(jié)果：治療組療效及血尿酸下降明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P<0．01)。結(jié)論：上中下通用痛風方治療急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎濕熱瘀阻型有良好的效果。

Clinical study on treatment of acute gouty arthritis with the upper—middle—lower gout recipe

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effects of the upper—middle—lower gout recipe in treating acute gouty arthritis. Method：80 patients were randomized into two groups,patients in treat group received chinese medicine combimed with western medicine and the patients in the control group were received western medicine.Results：The treat group showed superiority in improving the patients’symptoms and lowing UA. Conclusion：the upper—middle—lower gout recipe combimed with western medicine have a better efficacy than western medicine along in treat acute gouty arthritis,which belong to obstrations of collaterals due to damp-heart syndrome.

急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎是因尿酸鹽以結(jié)晶形式在關(guān)節(jié)和關(guān)節(jié)周圍組織沉積而引起的急性炎癥反應，以關(guān)節(jié)迅速出現(xiàn)紅腫、發(fā)熱、觸痛為主癥。本病好發(fā)于中老年男性和絕經(jīng)后女性，下肢關(guān)節(jié)尤其拇趾關(guān)節(jié)為急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎好發(fā)部位［1］。筆者近年來用上中下通用痛風方配合雙氯酚酸緩釋片治療急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎，與單用西藥治療作對照，取得了較好的療效，現(xiàn)報道如下。
1 臨床資料
1．1一般資料 80例病例均為本院住院及門診病人，隨機分為中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組(治療組)及單純西藥組(對照組)。治療組40例，其中男性30例，女性10例，年齡50~75歲，平均(60．2±9．6)歲；病程1～7d。對照組40例，其中男性29例，女性11例，年齡48~72歲，平均(58．4±8．7)歲；病程1～10d。兩組性別、年齡、病程、病情程度經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學處理(P>0．05)，具有可比性。
